The owners envisioned a natural-looking house that harmonizes with its surroundings, while also being modern and practical. With accommodation for up to 10 people, it caters to both families and small groups of friends.

The family-friendly property includes an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, alongside 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. Each bedroom features a distinct color scheme, ensuring a sense of novelty for returning guests. The design throughout the property is creative, diverse, and cohesive.

The apartment is located directly on the waterfront, with a private dock, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and an outdoor sauna house featuring a Finnish sauna and restroom.

In addition, the property boasts a nearly 50-square-meter summer kitchen, perfect for cooking, dining, or relaxing. This space can be enclosed and heated in colder months. Built with a “winter garden”-style openness, its glass surfaces expand the perspective, offering the sensation of being both indoors and outdoors – a delightful experience at any time of day.
